06/04/2009The Oxford International Film Festival announced the program for the 2009 event on Monday, June 1st, following an exclusive preview party held on May 28th in West Chester, Ohio. The festival selected 71 films out of more than 570 submissions from 45 countries globally. The festival also announced it's special events lineup including panels, workshops, parties, galas, 3 day - 15 band concert series and the festival's new Family Event and online screening program.
